1. What is a minimum order - how many do I have to print?
A minimum order is the lowest number of shirts you can order. Because of the costs associated with setting up a job - including artwork and screen(s) - we require a minimum of 12 pieces per order. It does not matter what type of garment.

2. How much does it cost to get some hooded sweatshirts printed?
As with all of orders - the quotation process gives you the most accurate price. We deal with a number of apparel manufacturers who offer a variety of styles and qualities which makes the process of pricing difficult to do without assessing 'exactly' what you want.

3. What is your turnaround time?
We have a standard delivery of 10-12 days from approval of artwork* - this depends of course on the quantity - but we've been known to print thousands of shirts in mere days. Our policy beyond that is first come first serve and we will always try and accommodate you needs by fitting your job in where we have room.

4. I've purchased my own shirts can you print them and how much?
Once again - the quoting process gives us, and you, the most accurate price to suit your needs. This can be done over the phone, via email or fax. We have always felt it best practice to assess the job before pricing it - that way everyone has a expectation based on a mutual understanding of needs.

5. Do the prices decrease when I order larger quantities?
Of course! Our standard pricing policy takes into consideration several price breaks at preset quantities. So sometimes ordering 50 is cheaper than 40! Call and find out where we can help choose the appropriate quantity based on your needs and function.

Screenprinting is the modern term for what had been called "silkscreening" - which is the process of pushing ink through a "silk" screen leaving behind an image created from the areas of a stencil created from your art. Sounds simple right? Well for the most part the process is - but the the results is where the measure is. Screenprinting is done one colour at a time unlike your computer printer - so the printer becomes an integral part in the process. His craft and hands on processes is what determines your printed garment from colour to detail. Want to know more - stop by our showroom.
